You wait for people to say hello to you first...lol   I'm laughing because that woman is probably thinking the same thing about you.  Sometimes she speaks, sometimes she doesn't....lol   Just take your wine and go and have a great time and don't wait for the other lady to speak first, you can say hello to her first.

@chrystaltree@hoosieroriginal  Maybe she DID say hello first, but the woman didn't respond.......that wasn't clarified.  In any case, I agree that people are usually not what they seem to be before you get to know them. It could be a good chance to crack that shell!

        So true.  I once worked with a girl who I thought was snooty and stand offish.  We always said hello to each other but nothing more than that.  And then we attened a day long training together and she was the nicest person and funny.  We became friends after that.

So nice of you to bring a hostess gift.  I know when my friend invites us girls over, some bring a bottle of wine.  I don't because I go directly from work and alcohol isn't allowed on the premises.

@hoosieroriginal

I hope you have a fantastic time and bringing a bottle of wine is a thoughtful and kind gesture.

Can you take pics of the interior of the woman's house and post them here so we can see them??? Just kidding😊
