I prefer calling when I need customer service, so glad to know that's still an option.

they have been saying this for a few months now.

use qvcsocialteam@qvc.com for faster service.

i have also had good success on facebook messenger.

This message has been going out for quite a few weeks now.  I emailed a while ago, then I received the posted reply,  then about 2 weeks later had follow up reply to my original email!  It was nothing of urgency though so it did not bother me.
