Always.  Long ago I didn't follow my intuition and I paid a very high price as a woman.  Never again.  I always listen to my intuition.

If 9 out of 10 people are going one way and my instincts says no, I would be the one going the other way.

I consider hunches to be nudges from above . 

I try to always listen to them, even when they seem not to make any sense at first.

Like another poster, I always trust my hunches now. I learned the hard way that it does not cost me anything to trust them. It has cost me my personal safety when I did not.

I alway go with my gut.  It's almost always spot on.  Whatever you want to call it, I've learned to listen to it.

In one situation, I avoided a serious crime. A man was following me from work to the parking ramp. I worked late and it was getting dark.  I sped up. He sped up.  I was about 1/4 block from the ramp and something told me to wave so I waved like I saw someone I knew. He turned and went the other way. He was arrested for raping a woman later that night.

I think it's important to stop & take a breath before plunging headlong in what could be a disaster.
