Online ordering only.  You can't earn rebates from Rakuten and others by using the phone.

Online only via my laptop. Used to phone order when I first started watching QVC, probably 20 years ago, and knew the number by heart! I rarely order when I'm watching, I just don't spend much time watching any longer since their programming changed so much. When I first started watching, they would give a preview of the items that would be shown during the hour, I really liked that. Online ordering is just so much easier. If I had to be put on hold, I'd forget the number of what I wantedWoman LOL

Very seldom do I order, but when I do it has always been from my computer. Years ago by phone. Never from the app.

50% of the time I order by phone, automated ordering.  50% online.
