Congrats to your beautiful granddaughter! Over the years, with 2 sons, I have been to many games at that Mineola yellow jackets football field.

You probably have been there more than we have then. The announcer listed her accomplishments in music and band. She has been her section's leader for ( I forgot how many years). But they've won state for years. They mentioned her piano accomplishments as well. Her mother went to college on the piano scholarship.

How about instead of berating @monicakm with all of your self-righteous comments, y'all just be happy for her and her lovely granddaughter or just zip it! Dear Gussie, what started out as a post of a happy grandmother sharing her granddaughter's homecoming picture, has gotten ridiculous.

She is smart enough to know when it is a good idea, or not, to share a family member's picture. Freaking leave her alone!
