In my county we have had 1 inch of snow which is a record.Our luck just ran out.Wed we are supposed to get 8 inches or more.Then Sat we are expecting round 2.

and what day did the weatherman say winter is over? I'm anxiously waiting !! Last month we had 8-9" in a couple of days here in the St. Louis area and there's still piles of slowly melting snow around. They are predicting a bit of freezing rain turning to snow with several inches possible by Wednesday into Thursday I believe. KC is predicted to get around 8". Come on Spring !!

We have a lot of rain all day into tomorrow, but temps are hovering above the freezing temps. Close, but no snow for us.

Those getting the white stuff please be safe!!!

I'm in the midwest and we're expecting at least 8" tomorrow, Feb 12. Today we have -0 temps and lots of wind. The wind chill is pushing it to -24 right now.

We've had record low snow so far this winter which is fine with me but we do need the precipitation.

In RI it's 20 degrees at the moment, it was 12 when I got up this morning. We are missing the storm today, going south of us to visit @meallen616 in Jersey! We are in for more though Wed into Thurs. 3-5 inches then turning to sleet and rain. Nothing worse than cold sleet and rain, I wish it was just all snow. Then more this weekend..... Oh well, seems we're in an active weather pattern right now. It'sll be spring soon enough

Here in WA state--we have spent the last 3 weeks with very cold weather and just a little snow here and there. This a.m. it is 23* outside and only in the upper 30's today. Not horrendously frigid but for us it is. Been dry and sunny too. Rain and warmer temps are supposed to be here at the end of the week----

We're getting rain in upstate SC. Temps above freezing this week. Who knows what next week brings....

We used to get more snow here. We don't get much now. Ice/Snow tonight through tomorrow. We don't want ice. At least we won't have to get out in it. It's going to be really cold this week.

DH made a pot of Chili. I made a pot of chicken noodle soup.
