It's just my husband and me plus 5 kitties. We will be spending the morning with them and going out to a steak dinner at a restaurant.

Just DH and me. I hope I can pull off a Turkey breast without burning my house down. My luck in the kitchen lately hasn't been great. Going to put candles on the table some music and bottle of wine. Nice and quiet.

It will be us, our DS, DIL, and 2 grandsons.  My first cousin won't be coming.

After Mom passed, it’s just been the 3 of us, now 4, DS brings his girlfriend.

 I’m making pork ribs in the oven and sizzling fajitas and sausage with bell peppers and onion. Mexican rice, Charro beans, potato salad, coleslaw and an avocado salad. And I’ll make flour tortillas too.

Desserts will be a pineapple upside down cake to celebrate Baby Jesus Birthday and a Pecan pie with Vanilla ice cream.

Just me.  Christmas Eve I will have dinner in front of the tv watching Christmas shows.  Midnight Mass on tv.  

Christmas morning I will put the tv on the fireplace/carols station, make a pot of coffee, and open my gifts under the tree.  

Will get calls from my kids and grands, and will also talk to my sisters and get a few texts from friends.

My brother-in-law will be dropping off Christmas dinner, which is so kind of him.

Holiday tv shows and movies the rest of the day.

Kinda quiet.....usually I would be having a family dinner with a group of siblings.  But this year must be different, and it is ok.

Anticipating a good day.  Hope you all have the same.

 I pre ordered a turkey dinner from Bob Evans. Will pick up on the 24th, for my husband and me to have on Christmas Day. Very small family gathering at my cousin's on Christmas Eve, She and I are retired RNs and do temp checks on everyone upon arrival. 👍🏻  My daughter lives in Thailand and my son is dead, so I miss them very much especially on holidays.

Just DH, me and our son ( who lives with us ).  His 2 kids won't be with us ( they live in CA, enough said). We do Christmas Eve hors d'oeuvres and seafood primavera for Christmas dinner.
