Many times. It's very easy to get riled up and say something that you later regret; also, it's easy to misinterpret a post.

 

And most things on a message board are not egregious enough to warrant not accepting an apology. For me, that has happened only time here way back when, and that was because the deceptive behavior continued.

Not that I can recall.  I mostly have people be rude to me or condescending, I certainly make an effort not to do that.   But if I ever made someone feel bad or hurt feelings I most certainly would not hesitate to apologize.
