It happens at work. May be fair, may not be. How you feel about it is how well you can deal with the sometimes unfair aspects of life, and what would be productive or good for you to worry about--or not.
It happens. Weigh the job to the alternative of finding a new job.

You said she has less time than you. Maybe she got a raise when she passed her probationary period. She might also have a higher level of education. There could be several reasons why she got a raise.

As stated, too many possible variables for the reason, especially if you have different job titles. I think I would be more upset i I f didn't get a bonus when others did.

Growing up, we are taught to, work hard, work well, be honest, be loyal, and our dedication would be rewarded.
In the real world, we sadly discover that it's not always so, and you usually can't do one damned thing about.
My tip ...... Be very guarded as to what you grumble about to your coworkers. Another lesson to be learned, your "work friends" aren't always your friends, and you'll be labeled as a difficult employee.
Be a great worker/coworker, but watch your back.

@Luvsmyfam Companies usually have some "formula" for raises. If your salary includes health insurance, your premium would be a lot higher than someone under 40. Could be as simple as that. That BONUS indicates that management is pleased with your work performance!!!! di

I'd keep my yap shut--you don't know what's going on behind the scenes. Put your head down and do your job as best you can. Don't participate in any office discussions or gossip.

If this person has a different job title than it would mean different responsibilities. You would need to compare apples to apples. Maybe bonuses are quarterly and it depends on performance and nothing to do with annual raises.

In private businesses a boss can do nearly anything they want and pay what they want and promote who they want and also fire who they want for the most part! Some have better working personalities and never complain around their superiors and are yes people and some bosses just take a liking or nonliking to others. A union job prevents most favoritism. But in private industry jobs just about anything goes! Saleries are usually at the discretion of the boss! If you are nhappy about this then look for a job that you feel is better!
