I remember my 1st day working in a huge hotel kitchen. Sure, the employee who was running the dishwasher was wearing gloves, but the gloved hands that loaded it were the same gloved hands that emptied it. LOL!

         I also have worked in food service and the the washing machine loaders were never the unloaders. Definitely wouldn't pass a health inspection!
