DH's cataract procedure about 1/2 hour way. Only one eye and the other eye in August. I guess I'll be the driver for awhile.

@Shanus Havn't had that surgery yet but I understand it's pretty routine.

It's an easy surgery and he will be able to drive the next day.   You just have to drive him home after the procedure.

@Shanus.  Cataract surgery is a piece of cake.  I had surgery on one eye in the morning and drove myself to a dental appointment in the same afternoon.

I wish you DH well with the surgery.  I have to say that was the most successful and wonderful surgery I ever had.  To see so well afterward is amazing.

I could see out of one eye by the 4th day........the other one took 9 days.....

So, don't panic if the results are a little different.       di
