FORUM issue? I was just wondering if Q has released any response to the issue surrounding the on and off access to Community Chat forum. Seems to be CC only. Love to know

Personally I wouldn't bother them with anything that brings attention to the forums. It may be too easy to eliminate the entire board with the brush of a keystroke.

I doubt that will happen especially since they just added the new category InsideQ to promote and discuss the new "show" with Mally.
Many believe that adding that new category is what messed up gaining access to Community Chat. CC can still be accessed just takes a bit of time for it to load.

I'm sure they couldn't give a rat's a## about this forum. They can't even resolve other major ordering/shipping/refund issues.

They just as easily could post it to their Blog to add the Insider information, not that those are even given consideration.

Someone knows I think but the solution is expensive and not going to happen. An old fashioned forum is going to sunset.

I'm just assuming Community Chat is closed due to the new Inside Q forum.
I no longer check to see if it's back up.

It takes about a minute to load and people are posting there.

Community Chat is NOT closed. I just accessed it right before I posted this to make sure. When you clilck the category it takes (took me) about a minute for it to completely load.

You can definitely get into Community Chat. There are new posts and a few new threads.
It just takes some shenanigans to get in if you really want to.
Annoying a customer service agent about it doesn't seem like a really valuable use of their time (to me), for something relatively unimportant and insignificant.
