I was one of those people who got 'stuck in grief' I was barely 20 when I lost my Mom very suddenly and  it took me years, over 15 to get over her. I became deeply depressed. The depression ruined my life and relationships. I tried everything, books, group talk, grief counselors, anti-depressants. And those 5 steps didn't come in order. For me it was time, unfortunately a long time.
