@MoJoV when you need it most, try and think about what a great life you gave her. Cuz ya did ya know.

Cry your eyes out, of course you will. Grief is the price we pay for love as QEII said. But after your big cry and there will be many, now and later, do practice remembering how good you were to Daisy, its important for feeling better and moving through the rollercoaster of grief.

@MoJoV you say you "loved her more than I can say".

Your kindness in letting go of her proves that love was true and strong. You thought of your beloved Daisy first and foremost. It is never easy but you did the right thing. Her suffering is now at an end and she is happily playing over the rainbow bridge. Your pain is raw; may God help you heal.
