In 2006 I had a resection -  I had my first colonoscopy in my late 40's and the drs suspected colon cancer  All the tests following surgery were negative - and my mass  was downgraded to precancerous.   I'm on the every 3 year plan - your sister is being proactive, and keeping on schedule. That's half the battle - wishing her well!

Your sister is a trooper, she's got this.  Chemo is in the rear view mirror.  A cancer survivor is always going to be a little worried when going for testing to check on things.  Unfortunately, that comes with the territory.  I'm a three year cancer survivor.  Best wishes to your sister.
