I just got a message that "QVC.com is currently unavailable."

I just took my shoo-fly cake from the oven.  It will be one of the desserts at potluck supper this evening.  Looks and smells so good. 

Not sure if this post will go through.  I hope QVC will be able to solve the current issue.  I hope we do not lose the Forums.  I know we all would miss them.

boards are having problems today

finally got on been trying for about 2 hours

Yes I had trouble signing on to boards as well but finally here. I did shop first and got a couple tops and I couldn't resist getting suede fringe jacket by American West just for a get well present to myself. I just checked it to get the photo and it is mostly sold out now. There must be a lot of people shopping which could be the reason for website problems.

Greetings and salutations everyone!  How's your day been going?  It's a beautiful sunny day here today.  After weeks of rain it's so welcomed. 

While at Winn Dixie yesterday, I bought a small container of potato salad from their deli and it was very good.  I've eaten all of it now, I couldn't help it.  I did sprinkle a little salt on it.  The next time I get there, I'll get more of that.  I stopped buying it at WM a long time ago because of finding a lot of black rotten potatoes in it.  Yuck!  I really enjoyed shopping in that grocery store and hope to get there often.  

Yesterday I was getting my groceries in and the lady that lives on the other side of me asked me if she could come and get some cuttings of my Oak Leaf Hydrangia and I was so flattered.  I said ... yes, come and get as many cuttings as you want.  She wants to try and root some for her yard.  She and her husband seem to be very nice.  And nice neighbors are hard to come by sometimes.  

I hope that @mousiegirl gets in touch with us soon as is doing alright.

 @lynnie61  & all: HOORAY! I got here the first time, I hope the problem from the past few days is fixed! I signed up for pro boards also when these forums ended. It seemed harder to understand and find things. I only went on a few times and our Q came back. I think my name is dropped from there.

    The glofiber mess is all around me and huge holes everywhere. I have a sign on a traffic cone by my driveway in Spanish saying to please be careful, thank you! 
    Maybe it will help. I told them good morning in Spanish as we walked and they all smiled. Spanish with a VA accent, HA! 
     I made a fast trip to the post office then to the book store so my son could walk Tony and  get his drink. 
He had many graduation photos of my granddaughter on his phone but my readers were in the car. She's having a graduation party July 13 at the Kingsmill Resort. Her Christening was held there so it's appropriate. 
     Today is Snickers 12th birthday and she celebrated it with a Guberlishous treat, and new toy which she ignores. She's never liked toys much.  She's napping after her fourth walk. 
       HAPPY 12 th BIRTHDAY SNICKERS DOG!

I'm in VA and there were flood warnings last week. Wednesday it really rained and headed North. Take care!

    Everyone: I'm still occasionally having to scroll down the long list of Q ITEMS TO PURCHASE to get to these forums, it worked when I signed in but now it's a mess.

@1Snickers   I stated in another topic.  Go to the upper right hand corner on that long list, pick skip to footer, (at the very top right) then you can scroll up (once) vs. all that scrolling down.  Saves a few.....I stumbled upon that.
