@texassunflower Thank you for helping me.  I have ordered the book from Amazon.  I had thought I could never bring back the information from that plan, and it's priceless.

I guess, in a way, the optional points kind of lead me astray.  One thing that is forever etched in my mind is that every measuring cup in the kitchen lived in the dish washer, lol!!!

@ECBG  I know you ordered the books but have you seen @deb5555' s tracker from Weight Watchers? I remember picking one up every week at my meeting. I can't believe my memory!! I was pretty accurate with the exchanges. Good luck losing weight. I have seen your picture in the fashion forum. I think you look great and you are very stylish.
