@MoJoV     Thanks a lot!  I really appreciate your taking the time to say so.  It's harder than I thought to find a picture to cut down to fit that still looks right.  Maybe one day I'll get brave enough to use an actual picture of myself...but that's certainly not today lol.

@cheriere  I think the picture you are using is beautiful. I had asked SharkE where she found hers as I really liked that it moved. I found mine on the internet but can't remember the site any longer.

Mine is a picture of DH and me last July on our bus trip to NYC.

I just Google the subject I want and then click on Images at the top of that page.

For my current one, I Googled cat face clip art and then Images.

Your own avatar is beautiful.  8)

I especially love the vibrant blue and green together, my favorite colors.

Hi, @SaveTheTurtles 

I think that for some of our friends here that are coping with medical issues,  moving avatars can trigger migraines,  ceizures, and possibly other things that I don't know.

@cheriere  I love the blue butterfly on the peach!  Very pretty.  As for my avatar, several years ago when avatars were starting to be a 'thing', someone had a site that you could choose from a number of features and then plug in all of your facial features, hair, etc. to your likeness, along with different backgrounds.   We all seemed to have a lot of fun doing it and it stuck.  Of course, these kinds of avatars make you look like you're 20 years old...  So, if I may formally introduce myself, here is a picture of me with my daughter having fun when we had our boat docked at a marina when my husband was still living.  That was about 10 years ago.   Any likeness to the avatar?  Lol
