Today was my day!everything from am to pm went smooth as silk.I worked the lunch shift,grocery shopped for dinner,and gassed up my buick.No aches,no headaches,no back pain.Am I in heaven?

@Luvsmyfam I have. It was magical. Took an eco tour in Cayman with my daughter and then SIL. Walked around the stingrays for a minute or two, held a starfish before I put it back, grabbed some collectible little shells from Starfish beach (my guide said it was ok, I asked), learned the importance of mangroves in protecting the island, and snorkeled, seeing many beautiful underwater sea life and plants. I met some interesting people. Memories of that day are some of my fondest.

Everyday is an awesome day. Some days may be a little difficult to get through but for me it's still an awesome day. I'm still here. So happy for you that you got through your day without headaches or back pain ! That's surely an awesome day ! Blessings !

@Luvsmyfam Yes, I have. Most recently it started with an amtrak train ride to Culpeper, Virginia on the Friday of Labor day weekend where I spent the day and had a lovely breakfast, followed by a perusal of charming shops, then was picked up by car and spent the weekend at a lovely 65 acre farm in Brightwood,VA rented by family and then had an unexpected offer to visit Charleston, SC to spend a couple of days there.

I returned home via Amtrak the following Friday.

I enjoyed my first visit to Charleston so much that I am already planning a return visit in mid February and a day trip return to Culpeper in October.

Every single day is an awesome day for me. My husband and i are retired and live on our favorite lake in Michigan. Every day I pinch myself because we are so happy and in love (45 years)! Our health is good, we are in shape, eat well and enjoy every second!
