My birthday’s tomorrow...71 (OMG)! We had made reservations a month ago at a steak and lobster restaurant. You know I love my lobster...just the tails. Well, the weather has been brutal with temps in the high 90’s, humidity making the heat index dangerously high at 107-117!!! 🥵

So, we cancelled our reservation...don’t think I’d enjoy it since many restaurants have a/c that has not been able to keep up with this heat. We made reservations for next week and see if it cools off!!! 🤞

I’m disappointed because I purchased my first dress...a flowing, lightweight, midi length sun-dress in a tiny black and white (shocker) floral. Oh well, I can wear it with my lobster bib next week.

A early Happy Birthday to you. Weather about the same here with triple digit heat index numbers. My ice skating today starts out cool, but by the end of the 2 hour session I will be dripping wet. Then will get into my oven temp car for my 20 mile trip home.

Hey, you're catching me, so slow down the birthdays, eh! Hope things work out better for your dinner out next week.
