@ECBG  you have posted before a poem regarding losing a child. I cannot find it. Would it be too much trouble to ask you to either direct me to that or to post it again? I unexpectedly lost a grandson and we are trying to put together things for his funeral. Thank you.

@BExplorer I am so sorry for your family's loss.  I can't imagine the heartache you are all going through.  You have my deepest sympathy.

Look up on google loss of a child---all kinds of quotes and links to poetry.

@BExplorer I'm not sure how you lost your grandson. And, I am so very sorry. My first baby was born "stillborn" and a poem similar to the following was handwritten and left on my dresser. Nobody ever claimed they wrote it, and adamantly say they did not. The handwriting was unrecognizable. I still have it, 40 years later, but it was very meaningful. Hopefully it will help in the tiniest way.
