@BExplorer

I am so very, very sorry for your loss.

The piece you asked for is actually part of a funeral eulogy written by a priest.  He will never know how much comfort his writting has brought.

A sincere thank you to each and every one of you who posted a message, a poem, or a heart.  The baby actually went home from the hospital as planned.  Six days later he got very chilly, and we could not warm him up. Ended up taking him to the emergency room where he immediately went into cardiac arrest. He was worked on for two hours, vented and the whole 9 yards. He was brought back and lost several times.

We only have the preliminary coroner's report so we'll wait for the autopsy to find answers, although there may be none.  He saw his doctor 24 hours before for a weight check and everything appeared well.

I'm sorry I do not have time to reply right now individually to each poster. I am spearheading the funeral and coordinating everything. Trying to take as much away from my daughter and son-in-law as I possibly can. I had no idea how time consuming planning a funeral can be. I am glad to do it though, and staying this busy has been good for me.

Thank you all so much again.

So sorry to hear it was an infant.  Bless his soul.  Prayers for strength to you and his parents and all his loved ones.

One thing is for sure, he was loved, he was loved, he was loved.
