I don't think I commented on my own OP. It took 10 minutes waiting for the pic to post....OMG!!!  Now frustration is not a great trait of mine...lack of patience. To explain, I have all the patience needed in ordinary circumstances like with children, puppy training, older people, etc.

I get frustrated with issues like incompetence. Slow and outdated computer sites (😜), long checkout lines when it's simple to add another person I see putting up inventory close by that can be done at a later time instead of lines of customers 15 long. I also don't enjoy waiting on the phone for 1/2 hr. to get CS, listening to awful music, only to find out they cannot help me. These things can be changed to work more efficiently.
