Re: Dubai chocolate

[ Edited ]
I bought a large bar of Dubai chocolate for $20 at a mall kiosk because my daughters and I wanted try it. It was pretty good. Too pricey for regular consumption but well worth the splurge to us.

I've since moved on to bags of cheaper but yummy Halloween variety mix chocolate candies 🎃 that won't make it to Trick or Treat night 😂

Dubai isn't the brand name.  The original was made in Dubai. There are now many different versions made in different places.

I see it every time I'm in a grocery store and it's not cheap!

I'm not a huge chocolate fan so the only way I'd try it is if they were giving out free samples at the store!  Woman LOL

I didn't realize that @SilleeMee.  Dubai is a dream destination for me.  I guess I can find it in the city Smiley Happy because I'm 99% sure I'll never make it to Dubai.

Suddenly, it's not seeming like the exquisite chocolate it started as Smiley Sad  Maybe I'll pass.  Not supposed to eat chocolate anyway.

Have tried it from a few places--most are not very good for the price. Think I bought a bar from H Mart--asian grocery store-- and it was freaking delicious!!

It varies in flavor and texture! Very inconsistant. But, if COSTCO has it, it may be worth a try. I am generally not disappointed when I buy anything from them.

I bought a bag at Costco yesterday and I like it. I wish it came in dark chocolate.

We purchased 2 large bars of Dubai chocolate last week while on vacation. The candy store had many flavored bars. We chose the Pistachio and a Cheesecake flavored bar.  Just checked. These were made in Lebanon.  Taste is great. Very smooth and creamy.  Expensive, but a nice once in a while treat.
