Re: Door open or closed?

[ Edited ]

Open - for ventilation reasons.

But most importantly, for safety and security.  Especially since I live in an apartment.

Open.  I'm the only one here.

Open, if I have family staying overnight, then it’s closed

Open.  I would feel claustrophobic if it were shut.  Plus I would want to be aware of any noise or problems.

We keep the door just a little open with a doorstop so the cat can get out to do any business he may have or grab himself a little snack.   The dog never tries to leave the bedroom during the night, or wakes us up by panting if she wants out.

I have never slept with a closed door In my life at home. It seems creepy to me not to mention my cat would never stand for it.

When it  is just the two of us at home, we sleep with it open. But when I'm home alone, then I close it! I know that's crazy but for some reason I feel safer with the door closed!

Closed.  Always have, for privacy.
