All those items are sold at other places too. Since they pealed the label off the cans and did not name any products how are we supposed to know which ones are safe?

This is crazy, because many of the items in cans are name brand items that are sold in most grocery stores!!!

Oh, so those items are available in other stores too...lol People just like beating up on Dollars Stores and Amazon. It's like a sport. But Dollar stores are growing in leaps and bounds so they must not be killing to many customers off.

We can never be sure since we depend upon others to be doing their jobs in investigations, inspections along with honesty and concern for others over money. There is so much at stake and it’s scary.
I will admit this is one reason I don’t use/buy less expensive water bottles, cups, straws, even fun kids plates. Too much potential danger. Kids goody bags are a tradition and fun to prepare but I wish we would not support these “junk” manufacturers.
Dollar stores not only ones selling this stuff. It’s all over. When I saw the jars of asparagus from China at Aldi, I became insistent on reading where food from.

So which canned goods are safe? I have seen the same name brands at Dollar Tree that are in grocery stores. Microwave popcorn is poison no matter where you buy it.
