Hi I have been taking it for many years, i was on 2 pills up to 6. I have not noticed any side effects, am now on just 3 a week. the only problem i had was when i took it on an empty stomach, i got a  little nauseous. i take it for R.A.

Yes, I take 4 per week for RA.  Haven't had any side effects.

Thanks for all the replies.  I have a friend who takes it for Lupus, one a week and it makes her nauseous and gives her headaches for the day.  I worry about her.  Thanks again.

I took it for two years for an auto immune disease.  I took it once a week.  It gave me hives, so I had to take a benadryl an hour before taking it.
