Both of our sheepies have had to have a n a l glands expressed routinely ~ we have them checked at the 2 appts during the year and once in a while we have to make a special trip just for that Smiley Happy

Our guy is the only one of the five we have had that has to have this done.  I thought it was because he has a tail, BUT your post kind of shoots that theory LOL.  BTW  How big is your Polo?
