Someone once observed the great dance team of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers and said: "she did everything he did, but backwards, in high heels and in an evening gown".

Yes, women have to be much better.  I see it all the time at work.  It's gotten better, but things are not equal.

If the attitudes expressed on this BB are an example of the attitude of women wanting to get ahead than it's no wonder they don't.
