No, not me !!
I'm a morning person and that's when I have the most energy. By evening, I've put in a full day and just want to relax. I go to bed and watch a few shows before falling asleep. ![]()

Not at night - Usually in the afternoon, while I'm using my elliptical, I have the tv on. Passes the time.

She, and she's a bit possessive about "her" weights. To answer your original question, if I bought one I would probably keep it by the door to bop a burglar over the head.
For real exercise I go to the gym, walk outside, or do pilates on my reformer.![]()

I usually have it on to stave off bordom while I log at least 20 miles per week on my treadmill.

I will lift weights watching a show in the evening. I lift for 1 hour, so it does help to have something to watch to keep me motivated.

Lift for an hour? Best be careful if you are lifting and focusing on something else at the same time. Cardio can be safely done while watching tv, but lifting any kind of weights? Be extra careful will ya?
