In my case (Android) - my apps were transferred but not installed.  When I wanted to run them, I just installed them first.

You shouldn't lose anything.  All your apps will come back.

 

I did lose progress on a game app I had.  I didn't lose the app, just lost all my points and token.  I was very upset about that.  LOL

I bought the new phone this morning at the AT&T store.  They set it up for me, and all the apps transferred smoothly.  They also set it up to Bluetooth in my car.  I appreciate everyone's help.

When I got my new phone, they transferred the data chip over to the new phone.
