I found that that was due to browser settings.  After I changed the settings I had on the browser I use there, it stopped happening.  I've been logged in, at this point, for weeks w/o having to re-log in.  HTH Smiley Happy

Both QVC and ProBoards log me out if my computer has been idle for a bit.
