@jaxs mom I'm not sure I understand....I want my QVC packages to be mailed ONLY via UPS.....I don't see where I have any choice in the matter when I go through the checkout process. Can you please clarify? (I appreciate the effort to offer me a solution....becuase this would be very valuable to me.)

You can choose express delivery during checkout, which doesn't use surepost. Or your can go to UPS's website as I already posted and sign up for their service and choose to not have your packages delivered by them use surepost anymore.
