On my first date with a man who lived in Atlanta, Ga he said he didn't have a phone (land line or cell), but he would call me to keep in touch.  I decided that I didn't want to see a man who would so blatantly lie to me.  

Another man told me that his ex girlfriend left him when she met a man with a larger "part" that she preferred.  I decided that was too much information........

No wonder I stopped dating anyone for 5 years!

Well, @Bonkers1 , it wasn't a date, it was my first husband, but it was a doozy!  We got married on a Saturday, and during our honeymoon, on Tuesday, as we were waiting to go into a theater to watch a movie, he told me that "Oh, by the way, my ex-girlfriend is having my baby, and I want to be part of the baby's life."  To this very day I cannot fathom why I didn't go home the next morning, drop him off at his fraternity house, go back to my parent's place, unpack, then go to the courthouse and get that marriage ANNULLED!  I was an idiot, and I believed that he loved me, but by four years later we were divorced.  Four good years wasted, dangit!

They only man I ever dated as an adult is my husband. I think I was 18 when we started dating and we married when I was 21. We will have been married 46 years in November. I'm sure he has made numerous ridiculous statements. Mostly he's just funny.

I once had a guy in a bar try to pick me up with the line "Your eyes suit your face."   I wondered what did that mean?  Was my face butt ugly but my eyes suited it?

I must have me his brother.  He told me to take my glasses off so that he could see what I really looked like.
