Hello my friends! All is not lost - little disappoints along the way but we have a second open house Sunday afternoon. God is honoring my prayer that we didn't have to move twice, everything is perfect in His timing. Just keep our TRUST and not waver. Let's just keep our eyes fixed upon Jesus! You were in my prayers at Adoration earlier.
July 27 - Jesus Calling
Hope is a golden cord connecting you to heaven. This cord helps you hold your head up high, even when multiple trials are buffeting you. I never leave your side, and I never let go of your hand. But without the cord of hope, your head may slump and your feet may shuffle as you journey uphill with Me. Hope lifts your perspective from your weary feet to the glorious view you can see from the high road. You are reminded that the road we’re traveling together is ultimately a highway to heaven. When you consider this radiant destination, the roughness or smoothness of the road ahead becomes much less significant. I am training you to hold in your heart a dual focus: My continual Presence and the hope of heaven.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
-Romans 12:12
But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.
-1 Thessalonians 5:8
God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain.
-Hebrews 6:18–19

We are very sad this morning. Our cat "Boots" passed away this morning.
He was 14. It's funny how we got him, because we only had dogs, and we had three when we got him. When my brother Bob was still working 14 years ago a lady he used to work with was very upset because one of her cats had died. So my brother's boss went and adopted this kitten whose mother didn't want him. His boss brought the kitten to work and gave him to the the lady, then she told my brother if it didn't work out he was going to have to take the kitten. My brother said sure because he knew the lady would keep the kitten, but as luck would have it her other cat didn't want him either and tried to bite him. So she called my brother to come and get the kitten, when my brother got him home when he was still in the car my brother promised him that we would love and take care of him until God wanted him, and that's just what we did. So the promise was kept for 14 years. He was the second beloved pet we lost in a year, we also lost our rat terrier.
I'm sorry that this was so long, but I just had to tell you about him.
Blessings to all.
