  Our internet service was out again, and just restored a few minutes ago. 

Happy anniversary Harlene! I wish you both many more happy years together.

Gloria, Hope this is the showing that sells the house for you. I'm glad you'll get to see Darla and her DH. I hope the home they're looking into is in good condition.

Pinky - Thanks - we sure do hope this was our last showing.  I was over at the neighbors across the street, watching out the window with them, there were about 5 adults and 2 kids that looked at the house! Wow!  They were here for a half hour.  Praying to St. Joseph.

Sorry your internet was out again, that has to be maddening. Because of a storm?

The house they looked at needs a whole lot of work. Starting with a paint job, then fresh carpeting. That will help for sure.  The house is about 100 years old, it has character.  When all finished, it should be beautiful, but lots of expense.
