Sometimes if I wake up early (around 6:00) I crash in the afternoon and take a nap.  Today I went to the pool and was tired from all the sun and laid down for about an hour.  I never did fall asleep though.  I do like taking naps but often can't fall asleep.

As much as I’d love a nap some afternoons, I don’t because I wouldn’t be able to sleep well at night.

I am not a napper.   I like to go to bed at midnight, get up at 9:30, go all day, then repeat.   

The only time I sleep during the day is when I am sick, or recovering from surgery.

If I sleep during the day you know I am sick. I am not a sleeper ...my husband on the other hand can sleep for days and he loves 15 minute naps. He wakes refreshed. It amazes me to this day after 38 years of marriage.

Yes!  I love a good nap so much so that I take one every day.  In fact, some days I take two!

There's nothing like to good nap on a Sunday afternoon, any afternoon for that matter. So refreshing!!!
