@frenchie I have a digital gas stove and I have to press "set clock" two times, set the time then press "set clock" again.  Hope this helps, it took me awhile to figure out mine too!  I couldn't find it anywhere in the manual.

We lost electricity Saturday night so I changed a couple of them in the dark Saturday night and then changed the rest Sunday morning before church.
