@ECBG, Good News that DH is cleared to go home. Prayers for both of you! That fall you took was more serious than you thought; thankfully you went to Urgent Care & now will get care for your injuries.

I admire your posts showing the beautiful outfits you wear! You have the most stunning jewelry also. Take care of both of you!

Hi, @ECBG - I just saw your posts about your DH. (I never read the fashion blog, but I found that thread and must say that you are adorable in your lovely outfits. )

I hope that a proper diagnosis can be made soon, so your DH can get on the path to a full recovery. It is great news that his heart is fine. I wonder what is causing his nausea, though? Could it be from a medication he is taking (or has been taking long term) or from a change in the manufacturer of a drug he is taking (pharmacies sometimes switch to a different manufacturer), from a chemical he works with, or from an unusual/atypical food he has eaten? (I have definitely watched too many episodes of Mystery Diagnosis.)

Was his blood tested for more than just the troponin level, and if so, perhaps there is something notable to see in those results that could provide a clue about his sudden illness? When we are stressed, so many different things can happen to our bodies. Perhaps some kind of body imaging study might reveal something useful, once the potential causes of his symptoms can be narrowed down or determined.

You may want to do an online search of all your husband's symptoms, too. You may find a condition that seems strikingly similar to what your husband is experiencing and that deserves further exploration, as you personally know your husband, his diet, habits, and hobbies better than any doctor.

So sorry you fell and hurt yourself. I will pray for your husband and for you, too.

Thanks, but DH is one of those that internalizes everything.  He and his partner who is in the beginning of dementia have been together 30 years, and within the last two weeks, decided to retire.  On top of that, his #1 client had a system failure and staff were all yelling at once they couldn't do whatever which went on for 8 days.

We live in the mountains on a large wooded lot with about 90 different allergies in our region that we deal with.  He didn't have his Zertec at the hospital and didn't think to ask for it he was so run down.

He had the best of care.  We have a medical hub here and it is said our Heart Tower is equal to Duke University.

Doctors want to live here.  We are on the Appalachian Trail.

Good that you posted this here.  I didn't read Outfit of the Day and would have missed it.  I will keep your DH in my prayers that the doctors can locate the problem.

My DH just got a confirmed diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's so I can definitely relate to your concerns.  For what it's worth, there's a lot of medical intervention available for blocked arteries.  Hopefully they will find the location and take care of it.  He could be walking Shadow before you know it.

@shoesnbags I'm so sorry to hear of your DH's diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia.   Prayers sent for you.

Adding my love, prayers, and support, @shoesnbags.❤️

@shoesnbags  I'm sending prayer and warm wishes to your husband and I'm sure he has a very skilled medical team and I'm glad that he has you as a wonderful wife and form of support too.   There's a very useful website called lbda.org which is the Lewy Body Dementia Association website and they a wealth of information and support groups nationwide in every state (found in their "find support" section) as well as what the website calls the "Lewy Line" that's a phone number that helps give callers emotional support, answers questions and refers callers to local resources and services.  We are here for you too.  All the best Heart
