I ordered a top from Nordstroms and it came stuffed in a "crushed to fit" gray plastic envelope sloppily closed either clear packing tape.  I've received nicer mailings from ebay!

WOW what a disgrace!!!! .... I would never think this would happen with anything from Nordstroms!!!!!! .... the world has turned upside down & nothing is the same. 😪😢

I also received a package from Nordstrom's. The item came in plastic then put in a cardboard box. Everything very professional, as always. Who knows?

@ECBG   I received some lingerie from Nordstrom packed that way...thought it may have been returned and then re-packaged. After calling CS, I was asked to send it back and it was replaced with a discounted price.
