@shoesnbags   Oooh! It's a secret recipe in my family cookbook.   ....but I'll share: Make baked potatoes in the microwave or oven and slice thinly. Layer in a casserole dish w/ 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 plain yogurt mixed together. Add a layer of shedded cheddar, crumbled bacon and sprinkle with scallions...Keep going in a casserole dish like a lasagna ending w/ shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 until warmed through and cheese is melted and brown.. Shhhh, don't tell anyone else.

Along with a box of sandwich bags so they can take a donut/cookie or two home with them.
