Re: Christmas and other childhood books

As kids, we had a lot of the Little Golden Books.  We had viewmasters too, for learning and enjoyment. But I went to the library a lot too.  Loved and love to this day, the library. We read to ourselves, no child classes, or to be read to at the library.  But my folks were great about reading to us.  My mom could tell some of the best stories ever. She was great with kids.

I’m so excited for you! A little one in the family this Christmas 🎄!    Isn’t it fun? Now it’s your turn as a grandparent to make memories and establish tradition!

None of the pictured books were familiar to me. I have Christmas sheet music dating back to when I was young.

@threecees

i can imagine the wonderful memories looking at these books have given you!  I have my "easyreaders" and they always invoke the childhood memories I loved to read & still do!

Merry Christmas🎄🎅🏻
