Cheryls cookies delivery issue

Beware of any of Cheryl's cookies that you may have set delivery as a gift for someone. My delivery date changed but still has not shipped and I am worried it won't happen before Christmas so canceled and re-ordered some candy. My original order date was November 4 and here it is December 9. *** just to let everyone know strangely enough the package was delivered today

I ended up canceling my order when it didn't ship on November 6th. Would never have thought they would be this late

Oh great! I just ordered a Santa bedtime cookie jar and hope it arrives on time! It says available to ship now, we'll see...

Uh oh! That's not good. I ordered some for neighbors, but hate to think I may wind up having to eat all of them myself after NY.

I may have to make out IOU cards this year. Several orders seem to be stranded in a parallel universe.

i just got mine delivered to my moms for an xmas present... only took less than a week... i will have to check them... hope they arent broken or damaged.. never had a problem with them before..........

Same with me. I ordered mine in November because it said it would ship by now. It's still being prepared. Sigh...

I understand a lot of places are understaffed and there are issues with the supply chain but these places need to be more proactive. Instead of selling 100k items sell what you know you can deliver.
