The sleep study was why I wasn't hangin' out here with you guys last night.
They want to know in light of my recent hospitalization for pleural effusion and general fluid overload, if I have sleep apnea, as untreated apnea will eventually cause the kind of heart problems I'm having.
No official results for several days, but they did hook me up to a C-Pap during the night.

Its been a deluge of rain in northern NM. 'Wettest monsoon season in years and years and years.
The sun is out all day and then that fateful 4 o'clock hour comes and the skies begin to change...
And almost every night its been utter thunderstorm rainstorms that would put Noah to work... FAST. I thought I might have even heard a giraffe go by...a couple of them (jus'sayin').
Last night, I believe a particular (relentless) rain cloud hovered over my house for about a solid hour as it DUMPED rain endlessly. I thought the roof would cave in.
I love the rains, though. And they're a blessing. So I just re-fluff my pillow after a thunder bolt strikes nearby, turn to my other side and go back to sleep knowing all the rocks will be well-watered by morning. lol
No, seriously, its been incredible for the roses and flowering trees. I love it.
