Good morning and hugs back to you MyGirlsMom and to all.

Complimenting myself yesterday his great Q was as I received all my orders this week all in time for Christmas.  Ordered for the first time from Amazon and that arrived in 2 days- wow!

Still awaiting 2 packages - then - one package from Q received this a.m. Right order # but wrong item inside bag - second order I was still waiting for -  I checked said it was delivered 18th have never seen it yet.

So today checking post office fir one package.  E mailed CS re wrong item received and how do I return this and get correct item - had reply they are very busy and will get back to me.

Lesson learned do not be too happy when things go good.

How disappointing, @dulwich 😬

I ordered some things from a Hanes website on the 12th with free "regular" shipping. I asked for it to be mailed to my vacation address. It just arrived yesterday. Just clothes for me, not gifts. But I had ordered separates for PJs and they had canceled the bottoms but shipped the top, without giving me any options before shipment. So if I was counting on that and didn't have any other bottoms ... ;-(

They should be taking care of the matter of the wrong item inside the bag for you, not you having to chase after them.

My fudgy peppermint cake is done and cooling on a wire rack in the pan. I will unmold it soon to completely cool on the rack. 

I walked a half mile on the treadmill during the cooking of the cake. I still have another half mile to go. Time for lunch here.

Cake is done and glaze is on it with the peppermint crushed on it. I have enough peppermint for another cake-- that might be for Valentine's Day!

Off to the mall to do an exchange at L'Occitaine. I want the almond oil-- I love that on my hands at night before bed.
