I also took advantage of a Lancome FLASH sale and bought some limited edition mascara--  and the right liquid foundation shade (finally)

Busy 'round here.  

Turkey chi in the crockpot for dinner - chicken soup made for a froend, laundry done - sister is doing well - dogs walked - hubby and I the house to ourselves - going out for lunch  and I hope everyone has a nice Saturday.

@MyGirlsMom thank you for your kind words about my avatar . . . that is my late, beloved Chloe whom I lost in January.  She was such a dear, sweet little thing and had the most beautiful face . . . I still miss her every day . . .

Thanks for posting that!  I used to get a lot of EL and always looked forward to the Holiday special.  Haven't done that since I discovered Ulta, lol.

It was pushing 90 degrees here today. I had lunch at Marie Callender's but elected not to come home with a whole pie (pie sale) because I didn't want to leave it in the car while I grocery shopped. Dang.

My clocks are already set back. I welcome the extra sleep!

We had a nice day here, almost 70 degrees. 

When I was in Massachusetts this past week, I was craving a cranberry muffin, I never found one.  So, this evening I made my own.  They turned out very well.  The turkey chili was delicious too.
