Well HELLO @ECBG . Sorry I missed your post. Thunderstorms expected today around 2PM. I haven't checked the weekend yet. The bad weather looks like it's going to the coast and across the state. Of course we're inland.

We used to own a condo at Hilton Head, SC but when the kids got old enough to bring friends for the long weekends, I was in the kitchen or cleaning up after everyone. Then the years when they married and took their own vacations. We sold the property several years ago since I'm not really a sun person and stayed inside or on the covered veranda or screened porch reading or painting most of the time.

Have a fun trip and hope you feel well enough to enjoy your stay.

I'll bet your rain is the system that just passed us.

Unfortunately, this will be mostly on the porch with my book, not there by any means, but looking forward to family time and we have a graduate!  His dad, our older son, is a self made man due to his difficult teen years, no help there.  I've tried to help GS but it hasn't happened.

I know about cleaning up.  We have a rule: nothing left in the "public" area.

What I do depends on where I can walk; I'll be on after dark, lol!!!  Looking forward to some wonderful seafood!
