Aunt Bay, Me got a bubble bath after it warmed up.  I had good shampoo to kill fleas and ticks, and after a few drops of cologne to make me "smell pretty".  Imagine that!

I put my front feet in the tub all by myself!  Daddy got the caboose!

Mommy wants to love and hug me--a lot!  I Mommy's baby!

The momma and daddy ducks are back at the lower ponds!!!  Duckings in the spring!  Let the swimming lessons begin!!!!

I love ducks! We used to have a family of ducks. The mama had her babies in the bush next to our house and brought them out for us to see. Later she let me hold them and I made a little pool for them. She and her husband "Buddy" and babies came every day.

Then we had a canada geese family.

Because I fed them they came every morning and would come again when they saw me coming home from work. They had their babies and then when the babies grew up to be teenagers, they all came back to say hi.

I will never forget all of that!

I do believe all animals can learn to love and trust.

What does your beautiful boy think of the ducks?

Shadow just looks and says "What is that dat???". 

DH says "Ducks, you can't have one!"

"Me no have???"!

"No.  Ducklings are babies.  Mom and Dad are afrraid!".

"Oh!",  "Me wants ducklings."!!!

@ECBG  what I lkie about the QVC Forums, you can call out anyone you like, and I'm sure @on the bay  is happy to hear about Shadow. That's great.

By the way, don't forget Shadow can read (dogs can) and he might be wondering why you are talking about him. lol
