I got to see momma and her ducklings early this evening.  They hiked up the hill from the pond to get more bread.  After we fed them, a snow goose flew over (this area is covered by trees) and they all froze like statues.  

The hawks was flying around so DH lead them back to the water.

@ECBG    Awww.  How many were there?  They should be good size by now.  So sweet of dh to escort the family back to the pond.  Next time they appear, take some pictures.

Hello my Dear!  We had 6!!!!!  They made a little noise when they ate the bread!  They sounded like women with chocolate!!!  Ha! Ha!!!
