Because I really didn't have much of a Christmas,I am having it today.Ham,corn casserole, and mashed potatoes are on the menu.Sound Silly?Actually I needed room in my freezer,so I thought today would be a perfect day for ham.Because I love looking at the lights,my tabletop christmas tree is still up.At night it is a cozy feeling for me.

I will give away leftovers to family 👪

Have a great work week Q friends

Yum!!  I'm going to make this.  Thanks for posting.  I also normally add apple to my stuffing, minced apples, bacon and the usual celery onion etc.
